Service Times/Pricing:
As a service business, we do our utmost to provide the highest quality treatment service we can in the service time allocated.
Our services times and prices are optimised to ensure the business operates in a sustainable and profitable way, while also striving to give value for money to our clients.
In the event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, the service treatment time booked proves to be insufficient (and outside of our control), then an additional charge of £10 will be added for each additional 10 minute period taken to complete the service. Instances when this charge may apply (but not limited to) are:
- Late arrival for the appointment resulting in the treatment time running over.
- Arriving for a Shellac removal with a product which is not Shellac on the nails.
- Making very specific or non-standard service requests/requirements which cause the therapist to run over their allotted time.
- Circumstances outside of our control which require the therapist to carry out/complete the service in a non-standard/typical way which results in the therapist running over their allotted time.
Additional charges in line with the above will be added at checkout.
We always do our very best to provide customer satisfaction and operate a zero tolerance policy of abuse/intimidation of our staff and such behaviour will result in the cancellation of the customers account and further service appointments at our salons will not be permitted.
