Our team is always happy to help with any situation, and will always try to do this to the best of their ability, professionally and within the guidelines of our service policies.
At The Beauty Cabin we operate a zero tolerance policy to aggressive/abusive/insulting language or behaviour towards any member of our team.
Examples of such behaviors include (but are not limited to):
- Using aggressive, abusive, or threatening language (vocally or by email)
- Making derogatory comments
- Insisting on speaking with specific team members
- Making unreasonable demands on our team
- Inundating staff with calls or emails
- Making unsubstantiated allegations
- Requesting responses in unreasonable timeframes
- Physical, verbal, or implied threats of violence
Our team members are employed to carry out policies implemented by The Beauty Cabin, they are not responsible for them.
Our terms and conditions of service can be found on our website and via our app.
Displaying any of the above behaviour will result in an internal escalation and the withdrawal of service and closure of the customer account on our systems.
If at any time, any member of our team feels threatened, intimidated, harassed or unsafe they are instructed to inform the police.
