Gift Vouchers may be used in either of our salons (Biggleswade or Cambourne) to purchase services or products up to the value/remaining value on the gift voucher. For Promotional/Special Vouchers please refer to the ‘Valid From’ date and ‘Expiry’ date written/printed on the voucher, for product & service exclusions please refer to the marketing material related to the promotional/special voucher purchased.

Redemption/Expiry

AS Standard, gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Promotional/Special Vouchers can have a shorter expiry date. In all cases please refer to the Valid from & Expiry dates shown on the voucher.

Gift Vouchers ‘WILL NOT’ be extended beyond the expiry date ahown on the voucher under ANY circumstances.

Delivery/Postage

We aim to dispatch/send Gift Vouchers by the chosen delivery method on the next working day (Mon-Fri) following receipt of order.

We dispatch physical vouchers by Royal mail standard services (as selected). Digital vouchers are emailed

Once posted, The Beauty Cabin is not able to track deliveries nor is it responsible for Royal Mail delivery times or any delays that may occur.

In the event that the voucher does not arrive in the expected timeframe, please contact us by email and we may be able to provide a temporary ‘Digital’ duplicate while the physical voucher is delayed.

As Gift vouchers are personalised and not re-usable, they are a non-refundable product.
