How the VIP Club Works
1. Choose your membership tier
Select either Silver (£7.99/month, billed quarterly) or Gold (£19.99/month).
Your subscription payment is taken immediately when you sign up.
2. Processing takes 1–2 business days
Our team will activate your membership and generate your personalised digital VIP Card.
This includes your name and unique VIP number linked to your salon account.
3. Benefits begin once you receive your VIP Card
VIP benefits do not start immediately at checkout.
They become active only after your digital VIP Card has been issued and emailed to you.
4. Monthly renewal of benefits
Gold benefits renew every month.
Silver benefits renew monthly too, but billing occurs every 3 months.
5. No carry‑over of unused benefits
Benefits must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over.
6. Show your VIP Card at checkout
Your VIP Card or VIP number must be shown and verified before checkout
for benefits to be applied.
7. Benefits are non‑transferable
VIP benefits are only valid for the named subscriber and cannot be shared.
