By subscribing to The Beauty Cabin VIP Club, you agree to the following benefits and conditions. These terms apply to both Silver and Gold memberships unless otherwise stated.

Membership Benefits

Silver Membership (£7.99/month, billed quarterly) includes:

  • 10% OFF all full‑price treatments
    Excludes treatment courses (e.g. Buy 5 Get 1 Free, sunbed courses), and any special offer or discounted services/promotions. Cannot be combined with other VIP benefits.
  • VIP Priority Access
    Early access to selected promotions and limited‑availability treatments.
  • Exclusive VIP Offers
    Sent periodically via email.
  • A Birthday Gift from Us
    A product in your birthday month. Must be an active subscriber.

Gold Membership (£19.99/month) includes all Silver benefits plus:

  • One FREE Eyebrow Shape/Wax, Upper Lip Wax or Chin Wax per month
    Non‑transferable. Only one option per month. Must be redeemed within the calendar month.
    For packaged services (e.g. Eyebrow Tint & Wax / Total Eye Package), the ‘add‑on’ eyebrow price will be deducted from the package price at checkout.
  • One Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage (30 mins) – 25% OFF
    Non‑transferable. Only once per month. Must be redeemed within the calendar month.
  • One Inner Beauty Facial (30 mins) – 25% OFF
    Non‑transferable. Only once per month. Must be redeemed within the calendar month.
  • Six FREE Tanning Minutes per month
    Valid for standard sunbed sessions. Unused minutes do not roll over.
  • A Birthday Gift from Us
    A product in your birthday month. Must be an active subscriber.

Subscription Terms

  • Silver Membership is billed every 3 months (£23.97 per billing cycle) and renews automatically.
  • Gold Membership is billed monthly (£19.99 per month) and renews automatically.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current billing period.
  • Benefits are valid only while your subscription is active and in good standing.
  • Treatment discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion. A maximum discount of 10% may be applied when using this VIP benefit.
  • Treatment discount cannot be used to purchase treatment courses, sunbed courses, vouchers or products.
  • Offers and benefits may be subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • The Beauty Cabin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Club or its benefits at any time.
